The office building “Düsseldorfer Straße 181–185” is located in the southern Dellviertel neighborhood in downtown Duisburg. The surrounding area consists of government buildings, such as the Duisburg Police Headquarters and the ASD Rhein-Ruhr, as well as high-end residential developments with plenty of green space. The main train station is only about 1.2 km or 10 minutes away.

The building was constructed in 1955 by the construction company Ed. Züblin and, until recently, was used entirely as a branch office.

The building was sold vacant. The buyer plans to convert the property from office to residential use in the near future.
