Hollandhaus is the former home of the Dutch Embassy and was substantially modified and completed in 2004. This group of buildings is characterised by its unique mixture of timeless architecture from the 1960s and current modern styles. The location is central in Bonn’s government quarter, a short walk from the Post Tower and the banks of the Rhine River. The property is leased long term to Deutsche Post and received a LEED gold certification.

Rheinwert managed the sale of the property with a sole mandate.
